1) Determine the square footage of your attic (house width time length....upstairs only on two story homes).
2) Each 15lb box of chips will cover approximately 350 to 400 square feet over *level insulation.
3) Determine cost of RBS Chips, deposit and rental of RBS installation equipment.  We offer RBS Chips at 69 cents per square foot.

* blown cellulose is considered level.  Batt insulation has many gaps and will waste chips.  Blown fiberglass (white, pink or yellow), is too lumpy and either needs to be leveled by hand (with a broom or piece of wood), or have  a 2" cap of blown cellulose added to it to make it level.
